About Young at Heart Center
Young at Heart understands the importance of early childhood education. Our center offers age- appropriate programming with individualized curriculum for each developmental stage—infants through preschool. All our teachers are dedicated to promoting creativity, curiosity, imagination, discovery and using consistent praise and encouragement for each child. When Young at Heart Center opened in 1989, the setting we created was a warm, positive, learning environment. Located within Libertyville Manor, an extended living care facility that offers adult daycare and skilled nursing care from independent living through sub-acute care, the setting made it possible to have the children and older adults have meaningful, consistent interactions by participating in a program called Bridging the Generation Gap. This is an organized, supervised activity that enables both groups to learn and enjoy time spent together.
Located in Libertyville, Il, Young at Heart Center has provided exceptional preschool and daycare since 1989. As an exclusive family owned and operated center in the North Shore area of Lake County, we have maintained an excellent reputation of giving personalized care to each individual child. Our center has established a consistent high level of quality childcare that showcases our nurturing atmosphere, while inspiring each child to grow and find success using their own independent learning style.
